As Clarks continued promise to provide one of the safest forklift trucks today our patented colour is more than just pretty.

The Clark green has been arrived at due to the visibility wavelength of the human eye, the yellow-green can be instantly recognised clearly whatever the visibility as confirmed by an American research team.

What we perceive as colour is actually reflected light. Different colours consist of lights of different wavelengths, the human eye reacts much better to some wavelengths than others. The yellow-green of Clark is in the 510 to 555 frequency range and has been clearly proven by a research team to be the most visible.

In the U.S.A. fire engines are increasingly being sprayed yellow-green after a study commissioned by the leading rescue equipment manufacturer it proved that even at night this blend of colour can be perceived exceptionally well.

So not only can the Clark truck be seen clearly meaning a safer working harmony between truck and pedestrian but it offers the driver excellent all-round visibility for safer and faster work cycles.
