The service department operate
a large team of qualified engineers, what this means is our response
time is better, our travelling is reduced and for the customer costs
are kept to a minimum.
Most companies have one or two engineers
covering a much larger area, we feel that service should be paramount
and companies stand or fall by their ability to provide fast, professional
aftersales backup.
No one likes to talk about breakdowns
but it is an inevitable fact that all trucks at some time will breakdown,
we feel that above everything this should take priority.
Instead of being issued numbers and
placed in a pre-determined route plan, as is often the case, we
look at the fleet size and level of breakdown and prioritize accordingly.
What this means is trucks downtimes are kept to an absolute minimum
we are able to be more efficient and have a happy customer.
